Hi, I’m Angel Barajas, a creative storyteller and Social Media Manager based in San Jose. I currently serve as the Social Media Manager for the San Jose Earthquakes, where I lead the strategy, production, and voice behind one of MLS's most historic clubs.
Since stepping into my role, I've produced over 350+ posts, reaching more than 21 million views and driving over 1.5 million likes across our channels. My passion is helping brands connect with their audiences in a way that feels real. Bringing personality, culture, and community together through digital storytelling.
Before joining the Earthquakes, I built my experience in sports and entertainment marketing, curating content that doesn’t just live on the timeline, it connects. Every piece of content I create is rooted in the belief that great moments deserve great storytelling.
Whether it's matchday content, player features, partnerships, or large-scale campaigns like the MLS 30th Anniversary, my goal is always the same: create connection, capture culture, and spark conversation.
